Three parts that turn the weight room into a graded course.
Not a workout binder — a curriculum. Each part stands on its own, and together they give you something to teach on Monday and something to hand your administration when they ask the hard questions.
Built to run with one teacher and a full class.
A course, not a workout
Movement competency, programming, and testing — sequenced and taught as content. Built for mixed-ability physical education classes, not a team's offseason lift. Every unit has a teaching progression a non-specialist can follow.
Measurable and standards-aligned
Rubrics, performance testing, and RPE-based programming you can score, grade, and report. This is the line between attendance and evidence of learning — the data that defends the class in a curriculum review.
The part administration asks about
Adoption, scheduling, budget, and liability — the questions answered before a program gets approved. Built to hand directly to the people who sign off, so you're not building the case from scratch in a budget meeting.

The things teachers and admins ask first.
Do I need a full weight room?
No. The curriculum is equipment-flexible — progressions scale from bodyweight and bands up to barbells. You teach the movement competency with what you have, and the programming adjusts to your facility.
What grade levels is it built for?
It's designed for high school physical education, with differentiation for mixed-ability classes. The movement progressions and assessment scales adapt down to middle school and up to advanced/athlete sections.
Is it actually standards-aligned?
Yes — the assessments and rubrics are tagged to SHAPE / state physical education standards, so the grades you record are evidence of learning, not just participation.
Can I edit it for my school?
Everything is editable. There's no locked platform and no subscription — you adapt the files to your schedule, equipment, and population and make it yours.
How do I grade strength & conditioning?
With the included rubrics, performance-testing battery, and RPE-based tracking. You score technique, measure progress, and report it on the same scales the rest of the building uses.
